What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
You can go to the "Contact Us" page and ask us on the status of the order. Please make sure you include your order number.
How does the email listing work?
Sign up with your email at the bottom of the home page and receive a 10% off coupon. When you sign up for our email listings, we will be sending you newsletters and promotions for deals and holiday specials we have going on.
Where do you donate a portion of sales to?
We donate a portion of our sales to the Best Friend Associate shelter. We are fighting to help homeless dogs and put an end to puppy mills!
Will an item be restocked?
Yes! We always make sure we restock products as soon as we can. It varies and can take anywhere from 1-3 days.
Do you take returns?
If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Items returned after 7 days but before 14 days will be granted an exchange only. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in mint condition. There will be a $10.00 restocking fee on all returns. We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require you send a photo of the damaged item to our email on the "Contact Us" page. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.
